Gina Tomlinson-Williams has a diverse work experience in various industries. Gina started their career in 2000 as a Trainer at New Horizons CLC Jamaica and later worked at British American Tobacco as an IT Support and Trainer. Gina then became an IT Area Support Analyst and a Regional Auditor. In 2008, Gina joined Jamaica Public Service Company Limited as a Customer Care Officer with responsibility for Billing and later served as a Manager, Business Process Analysis and Performance Management, Manager, Strategic Planning & Innovation, and Head of Customer Experience. Gina has also held leadership roles at Toastmasters International, serving as President, Vice President of Membership, and Vice President of Public Relations. Additionally, Gina has been involved with the Jamaica Customer Service Association, where they served as President and VP of Professional Development. In their most recent position, they are the Director of Organizational Development (formerly Perf Mgt & Org Change) at Jamaica Public Service Company Limited.

- From 1996 to 2000, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & General Physics from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
- In 2000, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer-based Management Information Systems from the same university.
- In 2014, they completed a Customer Service Professional program specializing in Six Sigma at CARICODE.
- In 2019, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Organizational Development from CARICODE.
