Thomas A. Hodgin

Thomas A. Hodgin serves as the Senior Director of Construction at Jamboree Housing Corporation since August 2018, bringing extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Director of Construction at TAH Consulting, an independent business specializing in real estate design, entitlement, and construction services. From August 2016 to October 2017, Thomas worked as a Project Manager at CGI | Cohen Goldstein Investment Strategies. Additionally, from 2010 to May 2016, Thomas was the President of Southern California Design, LLC, overseeing entitlement and design for development projects. Thomas also held the position of Vice President - Design and Construction at Palm Desert Development Company from November 2004 to November 2010, managing client needs in design and construction. Thomas’s educational background includes studies in Architecture and Design from the University of Phoenix and the Phoenix Institute of Technology.
