Emily Solomon

Emily Solomon has a background in food policy and sustainability. Currently working as an Advocacy and Sustainability Coordinator at The James Beard Foundation, Emily has experience as a Research Assistant at Hunter College New York City Food Policy Center. Emily has also held positions such as Business Development Associate at Green Top Farms, Social Media Coordinator at The Good Goods, and Greenmarket Manager at GrowNYC. Emily holds a Master of Arts degree in Food Policy and Sustainability from The American University of Rome, and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and Italian from Penn State University.
