Catherine Binczak

Catherine Binczak serves as the Risk Manager for James City County since September 2023, overseeing safety and risk management programs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prior to this role, Catherine held various positions at LL Flooring from September 2012 to November 2023, culminating in the role of Senior Manager, Safety & Risk, where safety strategies and policies were developed to reduce accidents and claim costs. Earlier positions included Manager, Senior Coordinator, and Coordinator for Safety & Risk, all focusing on the management and implementation of safety programs across various organizational sectors. Catherine holds a B.A. in Anthropology and History from William & Mary, earned between 2006 and 2010.
