John Romaine

John Romaine is an experienced construction management professional with a robust career spanning several leadership roles in various companies. Currently serving as Division Manager at James Construction Group, LLC since November 2024, John previously held multiple positions at Zachry Construction Corporation, including Director of Paving Operations and Area Operations Manager/Concrete Paving Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Gunter Construction Company, Southern Region Manager at Hi-Way Paving Inc., and Concrete Division Manager at The Scruggs Company, among others. John's career commenced as an Airfield Engineer with the USAF, and John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
