Rachel Armer

Rachel Armer currently serves as the People and Culture Director at James Cropper plc since May 2020. Prior to this role, Rachel held multiple positions at BAE Systems from January 2009 to May 2020, including HR Business Partner, UK Employee Relations Manager, UK Employee Benefits Manager, HR Transformation Change Manager, HR Manager, and HR Advisor. In the capacity of HR Transformation Change Manager, Rachel was responsible for managing the creation and delivery of a change and engagement plan for Military Air & Information, facilitating the transition to a new UK HR solution.
