Steve Adams

Steve Adams has been working in various leadership roles in the business sector for over two decades. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at James Cropper plc, a global advanced materials and paper products group, Steve leads the company's operations across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Steve was the Managing Director at 3M UK PLC, where Steve held several positions including Business Director and Market Manager. Steve holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a specialization in Marketing and French from De Montfort University.
