James E. Albertelli

James E. Albertelli is the current CEO of ALAW. James was previously the CEO and founder of PREO Mortgage, LLC from January 2011 to May 2013. Prior to that, they were an adjunct professor of law and lecturer for the RPPTL section of the Florida Bar from January 2007 to December 2009. James has also authored a patent concerning pre-foreclosure distressed asset auctions.

Albertelli has a JD from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. James has practiced law since 2001 and has experience in a variety of legal areas including business law, real estate, wills and trusts, and probate.
