Shilpini Vora Burris

Shilpini Vora Burris is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various areas of law, currently serving as the Managing Attorney and Senior Counsel at ALAW - Albertelli Law since May 2022. Prior experience includes an Associate Attorney position at Brock & Scott, PLLC, where responsibilities focused on bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, litigation, and replevin matters. Shilpini has held attorney roles in multiple law offices, specializing in complex civil litigation, medical malpractice, and criminal defense, and has worked with public defender offices. Shilpini began a career in journalism at the Associated Press before pursuing a legal education at Capital University Law School, culminating in a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in 2006. An undergraduate degree in Political Science and Journalism was earned at The Ohio State University.
