Jennifer Kafes, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense and personal injury law. Currently serving as Field Counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance since July 2024, Jennifer's prior roles include Senior Associate at JC Law and positions in various law firms specializing in criminal defense and personal injury, where responsibilities ranged from managing case loads to conducting trials. With a strong background as an Assistant State's Attorney and Assistant Public Defender in Maryland, Jennifer has handled numerous cases in both district and circuit courts. Additionally, Jennifer has contributed to legal education as an Assistant Professor at Strayer University. Jennifer Kafes holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland.
