With over three decades of commercial construction experience under his belt, Victor leads the Corporate Interiors team, a talented group of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Field Superintendents. Always the problem solver, Victor finds innovative ways to keep the projects on budget and ahead of schedule. As a leader, he continues to elevate the game and provide a valued mentorship to those around him. Design professionals often seek Victor's advice on means and methods, and he's always willing to give practical advice on how to detail design elements. Prior to finding his calling in construction, Victor was a Property Manager for a local developer and property management firm. He takes those years of experience managing a commercial office building and applies them to the work his team does within the buildings of the DMV. Victor sees the process from every angle, and that's why he's the right person to help lead DAVIS into the future.
