Ed Beaudette

Ed Beaudette has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Employee Benefits Broker at James G. Parker Insurance Associates since 2001. In this role, Ed collaborates with business owners to resolve employee benefits challenges by analyzing existing coverages and recommending adjustments to align with both budgetary constraints and employee welfare objectives. Prior to this position, Ed held the role of Sales Executive at The Travelers from 1988 to 1992, where engagement with local brokers and direct communication with CEOs and HR Directors was key in securing new business for small and medium-sized benefits accounts. Earlier in Ed's career, Ed served as the Director of Marketing at First Far West Insurance Company from 1983 to 1988, focusing on recruitment and contract negotiations with General Agents across California and Nevada. Ed graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fresno, and holds an Associate of Arts from Fresno City College.
