Blair James is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the commercial and industrial property markets. As the Managing Director of James Group since its founding in December 2012, Blair oversees a family-owned business that prioritizes integrity, honesty, and strong client relationships. Prior to this role, Blair worked at Jones Lang LaSalle from December 2010 to December 2012 as a Commercial and Industrial Broker, focusing on lease and sale negotiations in South Auckland. Blair's career began at Westfield, where participation in the Keystone Scholarship program and roles as a Duty Manager complemented the pursuit of a Bachelor of Property degree from the University of Auckland, completed in 2010. Education was initially pursued at Auckland Grammar School from January 2002 to December 2006.
