Katie Frederick

Katie Frederick is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in data management, client support, and process improvement across various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Analyst III at James Hardie since May 2024, Katie previously held consulting roles at Exponent Partners, where responsibilities included managing implementation projects and conducting process mapping sessions. Prior to this, Katie was a Database Manager at Family Equality Council, overseeing a crucial transition to NPSP and managing Salesforce CRM. Additionally, experience as a Development & Database Specialist at Portland Playhouse involved database implementation and fundraising initiatives, with notable success in annual campaigns. Earlier career stages included a Development Associate role at Camp Fire Columbia, where Katie excelled in grants management and event fundraising. Katie holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Missouri State University.
