Molly Kotrba

Molly Kotrba is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in procurement and inventory management. Since April 2020, Kotrba has served as the Associate Supply Chain Manager at James Hardie, focusing on continuous improvement within the Procurement team. Prior roles include Senior Procurement Analyst and Supply Chain Analyst at James Hardie, where improvements in inventory reporting and cost analysis were implemented, resulting in significant efficiency gains. Kotrba's earlier experience includes roles at Johnson Controls as a Supply Chain Analyst and GISC Intern, contributing to the development of demand and supply planning tools, as well as completing a Supplier Quality Internship focused on quality assurance and process improvement. Kotrba earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Lincoln Park High School.
