Natallia Miniuk

Natallia Miniuk is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of University Recruiting at James Hardie since September 2024, Natallia also plays an active role as a member and project volunteer at DallasHR. Prior to this, Natallia led pro bono recruitment efforts at Menzies Mission, developing talent acquisition strategies for a social impact enterprise. From March 2022 to September 2023, Natallia held the position of AVP of Talent Acquisition at Revantage, where leadership was provided to a five-member team supporting multiple Blackstone portfolio companies. Natallia's foundational years were spent at Abbott from January 2012 to March 2022, progressing from Senior Recruiter to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing significant recruitment operations in diagnostics. Natallia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Pedagogy from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.
