Summer Benavidez

Summer Benavidez serves as the University Recruiting Manager for MBA Programs at Verkada, leading a team focused on recruitment strategy and workforce planning since October 2022. Previously, Summer held the role of Senior University Recruiter, where responsibilities included developing and overseeing the company's inaugural MBA recruiting program. Prior experience includes positions at Goodwin as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where Summer scaled intern recruiting efforts, and Latham & Watkins as a Senior Attorney Recruitment & Development Coordinator, managing full-cycle recruitment processes for legal positions. Summer began a career in human resources with internships at Topcon Positioning Systems and Gilead Sciences, and worked as an HR Assistant at Prime Healthcare Services. Summer holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
