Rob Walsh

Rob Walsh's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Rob is currently the Head of Operations at James Hardie since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at James Hardie Building Products from 2012 to 2022, where they held several positions including Sr. Director Supply Chain, Integration Director, Head of Business Development, Business Development Executive, and Head of Transportation - North America. Before joining James Hardie, Rob worked at Ecolab from 2003 to 2012, serving as the Global Operations Manager and Program Manager. Rob also had experience at Archer Daniels Midland Company as a Plant and Process Engineer and Production Supervisor.

Rob Walsh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. In addition, they hold certifications as a CSCP Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Ecolab.
