Ryan David Pape

Ryan David Pape has a diverse background in customer management and project coordination, currently serving as a Customer Management Specialist at James Hardie since September 2022, following roles as MF Pricing Representative I and II. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Project Manager at K&C Landscaping and Building Contractors from January 2016 to September 2022, successfully leading a ten-member crew and significantly enhancing job production efficiency while maintaining strong client and supplier relationships. Additionally, Ryan gained experience as an HR/EHS Intern at Lear Corporation in the summer of 2019, contributing to various safety and environmental initiatives. Ryan holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, completed in 2022, after graduating from Bloomfield Hills High School in 2018.
