Julie Ritzman

Julie Ritzman's work experience starts in 2000 when they worked as a Network Specialist at Time Warner Cable, providing PC/Desktop, telephony, and network support. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Telecom Analyst II, where they provided voice application systems support and administration for call center agents and administrative users across an 8-state region. Julie specialized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Witness call recording application.

In 2012, Julie joined Toastmasters International and held various leadership roles, including President and Treasurer. From 2012 to 2017, they also worked as a Client Systems Analyst at US Venture. In 2017, Julie became an Administration Manager at District 35 Toastmasters, and later that year, they joined MBM as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer.

Julie's most recent work experience is as a Solutions Engineer at James Imaging Systems, starting in August 2020.

Julie Ritzman completed their associate degree in CIS Network Specialist from Fox Valley Technical College from 1998 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a major in Computer Science from Lakland College, graduating in 2016.
