Mike Will's work experience starts in 2003 when they worked at Green Bay Outreach as a UW-Green Bay Outreach and Adult Access employee. During this time, they collaborated with department heads to develop applications that improved processes within each department.
In 2004, they joined Modern Business Machines as a Network Support/Programmer. In this role, they handled various tasks ranging from network engineering to business analysis and programming.
From 2006 to 2009, Mike worked at HSA Bank as a Programmer Analyst. Mike focused on software development and aimed to bring stability, consistency, and new functionality to the applications used by two departments.
Starting in 2009, they moved to Society Insurance as a Systems Architect. Their main accomplishment in this role was their involvement in a multi-year policy administration system replacement project. Mike ensured seamless integration between the new policy administration system and other systems within the enterprise.
In 2016, they returned to Modern Business Machines as the Director of IT and Business Intelligence. During their tenure, they helped the company navigate system and organizational changes, including the transition to Xerox's operating financial model.
In January 2020, Mike took on the role of Director of IT and Business Intelligence at COTG – A Xerox Company due to restructuring at Xerox Business Systems. Here, they filled the void left by three key employees and established relationships throughout the business to build trust and alleviate concerns.
Currently, they are working at James Imaging Systems as a Software Integration Specialist. Mike is responsible for pre-sales support, implementing, and supporting DocuWare's integration with SAP in North America.
Throughout their career, Mike has received several accolades, including DocuWare's Customer Service Champion award, Platinum Partner status, and membership in the Diamond Club.
Mike Will completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2001 to 2005. Mike then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2012 to 2016.
