Benjamin Carr

Benjamin (Ben) Carr is a seasoned professional in sport and recreation leadership, currently serving as the Graduate Director and Assistant Professor at James Madison University since 2007. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked as an attorney at Carr Law from 2005 to 2007 and at Thumma & Carr, LLC from 2003 to 2005, following a lengthy tenure at Harrison, Thumma & Carr, LLC from 1990 to 2005. Benjamin holds a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, earned between 1985 and 1988, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Russian Studies from James Madison University, completed from 1981 to 1985.
