Shawn Lough

Shawn Lough has extensive experience in academia and industry, currently serving as the Assistant Academic Unit Head and Lecturer in the CIS/BSAN Department at James Madison University since August 2016. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Enterprise Systems Manager and ERP Manager at Dynamic Aviation from August 2011 to August 2016. Additionally, Shawn held a position as an Adjunct Instructor at James Madison University from January 2012 to June 2016 and worked as a Senior Product Development and Market Compliance Analyst at The Rockingham Group for over eleven years. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at Tally-Genicom (Genicom Corp) from May 1995 to January 2000. Educationally, Shawn is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Strategic Leadership with an Organizational Science Concentration at James Madison University, expected to complete in 2026, and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the same institution.
