JAMES MILSON VILLAGE

James Milson Village, located at the corner of High Street and Clark Road, North Sydney, is a community project to provide accommodation for approximately 250 aged people on the Lower North Shore. The Village is operated by The North Sydney Retirement Trust, The Village opened in 1974 and now boasts 97 retirement living apartments and 132 aged care places. The Village now offers five areas of care and services; Independent Living, Residential Aged Care, Memory Support (Dementia Care), Respite Care and Rehabilitative Care. Support and home has always been a driver for care and services and with this in mind residents have the choice of aging in place or the ability to move into care as, and when, their health dictates.
