Michael Hiraoka

Michael Hiraoka currently serves as the West Coast Operations Manager at James Perse Enterprises since September 2025. Prior to this role, Hiraoka held various positions at Outerknown, including Area Manager and Retail Operations and Allocations Manager, where responsibilities included the planning and execution of new store openings and overseeing operational aspects post-handover. Hiraoka's experience at Club Monaco spanned from November 2014 to July 2021, where notable accomplishments included serving as the sole US beta tester for the Workforce Management suite and managing multiple store locations.
