James River Church
Chris Ross has a diverse background in technical support, engineering, and ministry roles. Currently serving at James River Church in the JR Kids Logistics and Creative Content Ministry Support, Chris focuses on event logistics and video production for children’s programming. Previous experience includes directing Encounter Cove Camp and overseeing kids' ministry content, alongside multiple positions at Netsmart, where responsibilities included managing client environments and developing interface solutions. Earlier roles in technical consulting and support at HealthMEDX, Prognosis Innovation Healthcare, and the U.S. Air Force highlight expertise in system integration, environmental health, and safety management. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management and two Associate degrees in Bioenvironmental Engineering and Computer Information Systems.
