Brad Gersten

Brad Gersten is a seasoned professional in agricultural operations, currently serving as VP of Ag Operations at James River Equipment since June 2024. Previously, Gersten held the position of Director of Operations at Gooseneck Implement from March 2023 to June 2024 and worked at James River Equipment in various roles, including Large Ag Sales Manager and General Store Manager from May 2018 to March 2023. Gersten also served as General Manager at Ag-Power, Inc. from March 2012 to May 2018, managing multiple locations in Arkansas and Texas, and as Dealer Development Manager for John Deere's Western Region from January 2001 to March 2012. Gersten began the career as a Territory Manager and Instructor for Ag and Turf equipment sales and service classes throughout the United States. Brad Gersten holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
