Leigh Noland Pollard, MHRM, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at James River Insurance Company since September 2019, Leigh has progressed through roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager at Cobb Technologies, where Leigh contributed to improving operational efficiency in office technology solutions, and roles at Sabra Dipping Company, eCMM Services, Inc.
