Jill Divincenzo

Jill DiVincenzo is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently employed at Jamestown Container Companies since August 2012. In this role, Jill oversees all facets of HR for around 185 employees in the Lake Ontario region, including the Rochester plant, Rochester warehouse, and Lyons facility, with responsibilities encompassing recruiting, employment, benefits, safety, and wellness. Prior to this position, Jill served as the Manager of Employee Benefits Administration at PAETEC, which was later acquired by Windstream, where responsibilities included managing healthcare, leaves of absence, workers compensation, 401(k), life and accident insurance, and various voluntary benefits for approximately 5,000 employees nationwide.
