Lauren Kozak

Lauren Kozak is an experienced packaging designer and quality coordinator with a strong background in various roles within the design and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Quality and Safety Coordinator and Packaging Designer at Jamestown Container Companies since February 2022, Lauren previously worked as a Structural Packaging Designer at Flower City Group for a brief period in 2022 and as the Lead Packaging Designer at BCI Buckeye Corrugated Inc. from 2014 to 2022. In this latter role, Lauren excelled in developing customized designs and managing collaborative efforts across different departments. Early career experiences include customer service roles at Wegmans Food Markets, event publicity design with the RIT College Activities Board, and an industrial design internship at Rochester Optical. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2014.
