Dana Atherton

Dana Atherton possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Member of HIGHER Community since September 2024 and as VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Jamf since July 2022. In previous roles, Dana was pivotal in developing global recruiting initiatives at The Trade Desk and Western Digital, holding positions such as VP and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, and successfully managing large teams to meet ambitious hiring targets across various regions. Dana's early career included leadership roles at Pacific Sunwear, Mosaic Sales Solutions, and South Coast Rehabilitation Services, focusing on building effective recruitment teams and strategies. Dana holds a B.S. in Psychology from UC Irvine.
