Tim Penner

Tim Penner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and board governance across multiple industries. Currently serving as Board Chair at Jamieson Wellness Inc. since March 2019, Tim has previously held significant positions including Board of Trustees member at The Hospital for Sick Children from July 2012 to June 2022, and Board of Directors member at Intact Financial Corporation from May 2010 to May 2022. Additional roles include Independent Director at The Beer Store, Chair of MaRS Innovation, and various leadership positions at YMCA of Greater Toronto. Tim’s corporate experience also includes serving as President of Canada at Procter & Gamble and leadership roles at GS1 Canada and FCPC. Tim Penner holds a degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 1978.
