James McGuire

James McGuire is a seasoned mediator with extensive experience in commercial and intellectual property disputes, currently serving at JAMS since April 2004. Prior to this role, James was a partner at Brown Rudnick from November 1982 to March 2004, where responsibilities included trial law and settlement counsel. Earlier in their career, James worked as a litigation associate at Goodwin Procter LLP from September 1975 to October 1982. James holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law, earned between 1971 and 1974, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Harvard University, obtained from 1964 to 1968.
