Victor Baba Jr. is a seasoned professional in mediation and conflict resolution, currently serving as a Program Advisor at Weinstein International Foundation since January 2024, where responsibilities include designing mediation programs for displaced persons and promoting peacebuilding initiatives. As a Research Fellow at United States International University - Africa since January 2023, Victor is engaged in research, course development, and lecturing on diplomacy and negotiation.
