Katja Rissanen

Katja Rissanen has established a robust career in engineering and management, currently serving as the City Engineer at Jämsän kaupunki since May 2003 and as Managing Director of Himos-Infra Oy from the same year. Additionally, Katja Rissanen holds a board member position at Jämsän Aluelämpö Oy since 2014. Prior experience includes work as a Design Engineer at Pöyry from 1995 to 2003. Academic qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from Savonia University of Applied Sciences (1996), a technician degree in Civil Engineering from Oulun teknillinen oppilaitos (1993), and ongoing studies towards a Master of Engineering in Business Network Management at JAMK University of Applied Sciences, expected to conclude in 2024.
