Dalia Scurei

Dalia Scurei is a Project Controls Engineer at Jan De Nul Group since August 2021, focusing on project controls for tenders and projects including lighting in the UAE and the Hollandse Kust Noord West Alpha in the Netherlands. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Controls Engineer at ALINSO GROUP, where Dalia managed schedule and cost control for a CAR-T cell therapy building, and as a Project Scheduler at TRACTEBEL, working on the Tijsmanstunnel project in Antwerp. Additionally, Dalia served as a Tender Engineer and Facade Design Engineer at AGC Glass Europe, facilitating project coordination and development for the HALIO project, and began the career with internships at AL GHANIM COMBINED GROUP CO. Dalia holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and additional degrees in Civil Engineering from institutions in Romania and Kuwait.
