Alok Majumder

Alok Majumder is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and compliance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Compliance at Jana Small Finance Bank since September 2014, Alok has also held the position of Area Credit Manager at the same institution. Prior to this role, Alok worked as a Senior Credit Manager at Janalakshmi Financial Services from September 2014 to June 2017, and as a Credit Analyst at BLEND Financial Services Ltd. from April 2011 to August 2014, focusing on debt syndication and financial solutions. Alok’s career includes positions as a Credit Analyst at Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd. and ICICI Bank, where responsibilities included credit underwriting and financial assessment for SMEs. Alok began the career in finance as a Manager of Finance and Accountant at Gargo Motors Pvt Ltd and has experience in tax and audit from earlier roles at M/S Singha & Associates & Co and ACCFINTAX Consultancy. Alok Majumder holds educational qualifications from Dibrugarh University.
