Morgan Hawkins

Morgan Hawkins has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on compliance and privacy. They most recently served as the Sr. Director of Compliance & Privacy at Wayspring, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, Morgan worked for Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. as the Sr. Director of Compliance from January 2017 to July 2022. They also held the position of Corporate Compliance Manager at Community Health Systems from April 2015 to December 2016. Morgan has experience in privacy compliance as well, having worked as a Privacy Compliance Analyst at LifePoint Health from May 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Credentialing Coordinator at SpecialtyCare from October 2011 to May 2014 and as a Case Review Coordinator at CVS Health from September 2009 to September 2011.

Morgan Hawkins has a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) with a specialization in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota. They also hold two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees, one in Human Biology and the other in Physiology, both obtained from Michigan State University. In addition to their academic achievements, Morgan has certifications in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) from the Compliance Certification Board.
