Sachin Deshpande

Sachin Deshpande has over nine years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate Manager - HR at Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy since April 2022. Prior experience includes multiple managerial roles at Asian Paints from May 2014 to September 2018, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations at manufacturing facilities.
