Bojana Filipovic

Bojana Filipovic is an experienced professional in human resources and business development with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Sunset Hospitality Group since April 2025, Bojana has previously held key roles such as Head of Human Resources at Mamula Island and Senior Associate at both Ekonomik Accountants d.o.o. and Antunovic Milosevic Law Firm. Additional experience includes positions in business development at Stellamar - Employment Solutions and The Chedi Luštica Bay, along with extensive project management and administrative roles at Lustica Bay and ZTE Corporation. Bojana’s educational foundation includes a degree from the University of Montenegro, Faculty of Philosophy.
