Lt Gen Sudhir Sharma

Lt Gen Sudhir Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lt Gen Sudhir served in the Indian Army as a Lt General from 1968 to 2008. After retiring, they co-founded and chaired multiple companies such as Def Mart Private Limited and MitKat Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. Lt Gen Sudhir also worked as a Director at Mitkat Global Consulting Pte Ltd and held positions as Head of Global Strategy at JanaJal and Co-Founder at Advent Oilfield Services Limited. Additionally, they served as an Advisor at Global Indian International School and was involved in supporting entrepreneurship development as an International Advisor at Enterprise Asia. Lt Gen Sudhir Sharma also co-founded Ideas On India, where they aimed to promote positivity and belief in the 'Idea of India' through thought leadership events.

Lt Gen Sudhir Sharma earned their Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Defence Studies and National Strategy from the University of Madras between 1993 and 1995.
