Jennefer Jones has extensive experience in the financial services industry, specifically in microfinance and banking. Jennefer currently serves as the AVP and Head of Contact Centre at Janalakshmi Financial Services, where Jennefer oversees the setup and operations of contact centers for various business portfolios. Prior to this role, Jennefer held multiple leadership positions at Mphasis, including Associate Vice President and Lead in Banking BPO delivery and Process Delivery Head. Jennefer completed their education at St. Johns High School and St. Josephs College of Arts and Science in Bangalore.
