Thanushka Jayasundera

Thanushka Jayasundera joined Janashakthi Life in May 2019 as the Head of Finance & Planning, bringing in a wealth of experience in a variety of disciplines from leading multinational finance organisations.

Prior to joining Janashakthi Life, Thanushka served in the capacity of Assistant Vice President - Risk and Control Lead at Deutsche bank, and held the responsibility of Treasury Finance Manager for Sri Lanka and Maldives for HSBC.

Thanushka holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Oulu in Finland, and a Master of Arts in Financial Economics from the University of Colombo. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (ACMA), and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA) and a Member of the Sri Lanka Economics Association.
