Michele Hebert

Michele Hebert has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michele currently holds the position of Quality Manager at Janco Electronics Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at PAE as the Site Sr. Manager, Quality & Training from July 2016 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions, the Training Program, and the Quality Management System (QMS) of a large production processing center. Michele led a team of 28 employees and consistently achieved contract quality performance requirements.

Before joining PAE, Michele worked at TTM Technologies in various roles. From April 2014 to December 2016, they served as the Export/ITAR Compliance Officer/Consultant, ensuring compliance with export regulations. From January 2013 to April 2014, they worked as the Process Engineering Manager/ECO. Prior to this, from April 2004 to January 2013, they held the position of Quality Assurance/Quality Planning Engineering Manager/ECO. In this role, they focused on developing, improving, training, and maintaining the Quality Management System with a focus on Product Realization. Michele was responsible for managing a team of 21 employees and maintained critical business certifications such as ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL-PRF-31032 Military Certification, IPC-A-600, and NADCAP Accreditation.

Michele's earliest work experience was as the Quality Systems Manager at TTM Technologies from July 2000 to April 2004. In this role, they were responsible for developing, improving, training, and maintaining the Quality Management System and maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL-PRF-31032 Military Certification, and NADCAP Accreditation.

Michele Hebert started their education journey at McIntosh Community College and later attended Southern New Hampshire University from 1990 to 1993. Michele studied Business Administration and Management, specializing in General management. Additionally, from 1990 to 1997, Michele also enrolled in Dale Carnegie to enhance their skills in Public Speaking and Leadership.
