Joe Candella

Joe Candella is the Night Operations Manager at JANCOA Janitorial Services Inc. Joe has been with the company for 7 years and 6 months, and previously held the positions of Dream Manager and Employee Coach/Retention Specialist. In their current role, Joe oversees the training and development of managers and supervisors within the organization. Joe is responsible for managing 15 Area managers, 80 supervisors, and over 400 hourly employees who provide janitorial services at over 160 Class A office buildings in the Greater Cincinnati area. Joe focuses on building quality relationships with employees by treating each person with respect and dignity. Joe is experienced in creating relationships and friendships with employees from over 28 nations represented in JANCOA's work force, and has a unique ability to see and develop the hidden talent in employees. Joe has a passionate desire to see people utilized their talents and for companies to achieve great success.

Joe Candella attended Wilmington College, where they earned a degree in Business Administration/Management.
