Keiran Cooper

Keiran Cooper is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Recruitment Manager at jane.app since November 2020, where the focus is on enhancing the candidate experience through a transparent and human-centered hiring approach. Keiran initially joined jane.app as its first internal recruiter after over a year of consulting for the company. Prior to this role, Keiran worked as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Swim Recruiting and briefly in Guest Services at Whistler Blackcomb. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Senior Talent Consultant and Talent Consultant at MRJ Recruitment, and roles at Hollister Co. as part of a graduate scheme. Keiran's career began as a rugby league player with the Salford Red Devils. Keiran holds a degree in Sports Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has participated in an Erasmus program at Radboud University focusing on Business Administration and Social Sciences.
