Tors Mack

Tors Mack is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, project management, and healthcare support. Currently serving as a Privacy and Security Support Specialist at Jane.app since June 2021, Tors also contributed as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Tors was the Clinic Manager and Chiropractic Assistant at First Step Family Chiropractic from 2018 to May 2021, overseeing clinic operations, patient interactions, scheduling, and inventory management. Tors also held roles at Pro-Bel Enterprises Limited from 2012 to 2018, including Project Manager and Head of the Ontario Close Out Department, ensuring project efficiency and client satisfaction. Earlier experience includes working as a Night Porter at York University and as a Busser at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. Tors holds a Diploma in Homeopathy from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine and has studied at York University and Ajax High School as an Ontario Scholar.
