Akshat Rathi

Akshat Rathi is an incoming professional at Jane Street, starting in April 2024, and currently serves as a Teaching Assistant for COMP 421 and COMP 318 at Rice University since June 2023. Previous experience includes a Software Engineer Internship at Oracle from May 2023 to August 2023, a Portfolio Review Analyst role at the Rice Undergraduate Investment Fund from January 2021 to May 2023, and serving as Team Lead at 180 Degrees Consulting during the same period. Akshat also completed Software Engineer Internships at Tesla in summer 2022 and Girikon in summer 2021, as well as a Software Testing Internship at Girikon from June 2019 to August 2020 and an Instructor role at Mathnasium from January 2019 to August 2019. Akshat is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics at Rice University, expected to graduate in 2024, after completing high school at Pinnacle High School from 2016 to 2020.
