Lauren Sposta

Lauren Sposta is an experienced recruiter currently working at Jane Street since December 2016. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at KPMG from July 2013 to November 2016, including Associate in Senior Talent Integration and Recruiting Coordinator in Senior Talent Acquisition. Earlier experience includes internships at Captivate Network and Good Housekeeping Inc. in 2012, and a position as Business/Sales Assistant at Byron New York from April 2008 to August 2011. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Michigan, completing the degree in 2013.
