Diana Hansen

Diana Hansen has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Diana is currently a Senior Product Manager, Shopper Experience at Jane Technologies, Inc. In this role, they help Jane shoppers access relevant cannabis products and information on the iheartjane.com marketplace and through retailer menus. Diana also builds tools for brands to connect with users and share their story on the marketplace and individual retailers.

Prior to their current role, Diana worked at LogicGate as a Senior Product Manager, where they explored user experience needs and opportunities for UX reimagined projects. Diana also iterated on the home screen experience for end users by integrating dashboards. Additionally, they played a role in promoting diversity and inclusion through the BeLogicGate committee.

Before joining LogicGate, Diana worked at Braintree as a Product Manager, focusing on the Setup and Risk + Vetting teams. Diana helped ensure large enterprise merchants were configured with all the necessary merchant accounts, payment methods, and features.

Earlier in their career, Diana served as an Operations Manager at the Family Defense Center, where they managed fundraising and development calendars, grant research and reporting, and budget maintenance. Diana also supervised mailings, coordinated communications, and revamped the organization's website.

Diana began their career as a Stacks Assistant at Northwestern University Library.

Diana Hansen began their education at Visitation High School from 2003 to 2007. Diana then attended Northwestern University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and History. In 2016, Diana completed a UX Design Certificate Program at General Assembly.
